About me
I am a member of the Szczecin Law Society, where I partially did my practical legal training. I obtained wide experience within various fields of law under supervision of my patron. The seat of my chamber is located in Stargard Szczeciński in the city centre, and I also provide legal services within the whole territory of Poland and in Germany.
I graduated from legal studies in 2004 in Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and in 2005 in the European University of Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). I have acquired work experience in Szczecin's chamber since 2005. I was awarded with master legum and Master of German and Polish Law. I both speak and write German proficiently. At work, I am focused on reliability and effectiveness within the range of actions I undertake.
My goal is to provide a client professional legal service and ensure the one's satisfaction. Most f all, my goal is to offer my Clients high quality help, while taking into consideration their financial abilities.

I provide legal help both for legal entities and individual Clients, likewise the units of local councils. Thanks to my proficient knowledge of German, I am able to prepare documents and letters to German courts and authorities.

- conducting actions within the range of goods and chattels protection;

The range of services I provide for entrepreneurs in economic and commercial issues includes:
- advising in the field of widely understood contractual provisions;
- negotiating and forming drafts of commercial contracts;
- advising while conducting ordinary matters;
- legal services while sale and acquisition of a real estate, and while transfer and acquisition shares in partnerships and companies, likewise endowment of entities through increase of share capital;
- organising general meeting of shareholders and forming drafts of resolutions and other internal acts of a partnership/company;
- representing at the National Court Register during registration proceedings;
- representing in court and administrative proceedings;
- representing in execution proceedings;
The range of my services in criminal cases includes:
- legal advice;
- defending in criminal actions during preparatory and court proceedings;
- defending in cases of offence;
- conducting cases for compensation and remedy for unlawful conviction, temporary arrest or detention;
- representation of victims at criminal actions;
- forming, bringing and supporting both private and subsidiary indictments;

Remuneration
Remuneration for the provided services is determined on individual basis with each client after I get to know an order case.
The amount of remuneration mainly depends on the subject of dispute, the range of actions to be taken up, and level of the case's sophistication.
The client is informed about the amount of honorarium at the time of ordering the case. Permanent contract.
